Welcome to Arcot Ventures. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the products and services provided by Arcot Ventures.


By accessing our website, requesting our services or entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Our Services

  • Arcot Ventures provides digital technology solutions including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • E-commerce website development

  • Mobile application development

  • Online quiz platforms

  • Website maintenance and support

  • Other related digital services

  • All services are customised according to the agreed proposal, quotation, invoice or project specification.


2. Project Execution and Payments

  • Projects may be delivered in phases or milestones depending on their scope.

  • Clients agree to pay all fees as specified in the quotation, invoice or service agreement. Work may commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.

  • Where milestone-based payments apply, completion of each milestone is subject to client review and approval before work proceeds to the next stage.

  • Failure to make payments within the agreed time may result in suspension or delay of the project until outstanding amounts are cleared.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide all required content, images, branding materials, approvals, access credentials and other information necessary for successful project completion.

  • Arcot Ventures shall not be responsible for delays resulting from the client's failure to provide required information or timely feedback.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership of the completed website, application or software developed specifically for the client shall be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Arcot Ventures retains ownership of all proprietary development tools, frameworks, reusable components, methodologies and pre-existing intellectual property used during development.

  • We also reserve the right to display completed projects within our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Third-Party Services

  • Projects may include integration with third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs or other external platforms.

  • Arcot Ventures is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy updates or technical issues arising from third-party providers.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Arcot Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.


7. Confidentiality

  • We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will take reasonable measures to protect proprietary business information shared during the course of a project.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Arcot Ventures.
